Sunday Family Workshops
In one day, you can become a circus performer, an acrobat, a trapeze artist or a juggler!
Each year, more than 15,000 youths from schools and foster care services participate, to their great joy, in circus arts initiation workshops. This activity, usually reserved exclusively for groups, is now open to the general public on 8 Sundays per year.
These activities allow families to have fun together in a circus ring which has been completely laid out with specialized equipment. Family workshops give both young and old an opportunity to try out 6 circus techniques such as acrobatics, trampoline, juggling, fixed trapeze, fabric, balance on balls, spools, and rola-bola as well as the tightrope. Each workshop is supervised and safety is ensured by a qualified animator.
Before the start of the activity, the animator explains and briefly demonstrates the various circus techniques.
REMINDER: There is no registration process for this workshop. Come directly to the school on the day of the workshop. Cash payment only.
